About Greg
For more than 35 years, I've worked as a drywall and construction contractor, building homes, businesses, and lasting relationships throughout North Idaho. Construction and real estate have always been a part of my life, giving me a unique understanding of homes, property value, and what buyers and sellers are looking for.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2005, I've been committed to helping clients make informed real estate decisions with honesty, experience, and personal service. My background in construction allows me to see beyond the surface, helping clients recognize both the potential and the quality of a property.
I've proudly called North Idaho home since 1976. My wife and I have been married for over 53 years, and we're blessed with five children, eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. When I'm not helping clients buy or sell real estate, you'll usually find me riding my Harley, hunting, fishing, or staying active with weight training.
